The Paid Search Associate Partner is responsible for Paid Search planning and activation for a client or group of clients, ensuring effectiveness and helping to develop our Paid Search product.
Associate PartnerAn Associate Partner is a specialist activation position within a team and will often be the main point of contact for the client. An Associate will be a self sufficient, proactive person who will support the Partner on the strategy of the function, they will be responsible for product activation, effectiveness and analysis as well as quality assurance. An Associate Partner will be client facing and be responsible for the performance for a client, channel or function.

- Commercial Performance: As the main point of contact for clients, you bridge the gap between technical search metrics and real world business objectives, ensuring Paid Search drives genuine growth.
- Product Evolution: You contribute directly to the Open Partners search capability, integrating your specialist knowledge with media, creative, and data to create something more powerful than a siloed agency could.
- The Search Storyteller: You turn raw data and industry trends into compelling narratives, helping clients understand the "why" behind the performance and guiding them toward the "what's next."
- Financial Stewardship: You take full ownership of budget management and financial reporting, ensuring total transparency and efficiency for your client portfolio.
- Self Sufficiency: You are the recognized specialist for your client group, managing complex roadmaps and testing plans with minimal oversight.
- Client Trust: You have built deep, high trust relationships where the client sees you as a proactive partner, not just an executioner of tasks.
- Innovation in Action: You have successfully introduced new testing frameworks or product updates (such as SA360 or advanced automation) that have demonstrably moved the needle.
- Growth Contribution: You have supported the Partner in identifying and winning cross sell or new business opportunities through your technical expertise and clear communication.
- Technical Mastery: Significant hands on experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with the ability to navigate enterprise tools (like SA360) and complex account structures.
- Analytical Storytelling: The ability to find the signal in the noise. You are comfortable with data and can present it in a way that is clear, persuasive, and actionable.
- Strategic Foresight: You don't just follow a roadmap; you build what's next. You are proactively inquisitive about industry trends and product updates.
- Accountability & Ownership: A specialist mindset where you take responsibility for the performance, quality assurance, and financial accuracy of your function.

- Hours / Days: Full Time (5 days per week)
- Specifics for this role: 2-5+ years of Paid Search experience; experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics is essential.
