Paid Media & Pricing Analyst

We are looking for a Paid Media & Pricing Analyst to take ownership of managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns. This role is focused on numbers: you will track performance, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI. You will translate data into insights, ensuring that every euro spent contributes to business growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
• Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and adjust strategy based on data
• Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI
• Produce regular reports with clear performance analysis for stakeholders
• Run A/B tests and performance forecasts to improve results
• Stay current with paid advertising trends, tools, and measurement techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or Data Analytics
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills; confident working with data, KPIs, and financial figures
• Proficiency in digital ad platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel/Sheets with advanced formulas)
• Detail-oriented, structured, and focused on evidence-based decision making
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Currently residing in the Netherlands and holding a valid work permit

For this role, it is a requirement to currently live in Maastricht or within a reasonable commuting distance. As standard travel reimbursement is not provided, applicants should be able to commute independently. Benefits
