Packer (Corby)

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished plastic bottle products safely and efficiently
• Carry out visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors
• Label, stack and prepare products for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Support machine operators and assist with general production duties where required
• Follow all company health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, warehouse or production environment is preferred but not essential
• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast paced environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle products safely
• Reliable, flexible and able to work both day and night shifts
• Positive attitude with good teamwork skills

PANAMA Shift Pattern - Days & Nights (12-hour rotating shifts)
