Functieomschrijving:
In this Packaging Operator role, you keep our automated packaging lines running smoothly and without interruption. You set up machines, optimize settings, and monitor quality. By resolving minor technical issues quickly, you ensure efficient production and consistent output.Key responsibilities:

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting packaging machinery
• Checking packaging materials and machine parameters
• Troubleshooting minor mechanical faults and reporting major issues
• Performing visual and functional quality inspections
• Cleaning equipment and carrying out light preventive maintenance
• Entering production data into the system
• Following HACCP and safety regulations

You will work in a 3-shift rotation, ensuring fresh stroopwafels are delivered daily.

Functievereisten:
We are looking for a reliable, accurate, and team-oriented Packaging Operator.You bring:

• Experience as a Packaging Operator or similar production role
• Technical insight and a hands-on approach
• Communication skills in Dutch or English
• Flexibility to work in 3-shift rotation
• Attention to detail and a proactive work attitude
