About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Packaging Artwork Project Manager with expertise in project and graphic management for the Häagen-Dazs portfolio. This role involves managing international and regional packaging projects across diverse markets and stakeholders.

This position supports bringing Häagen-Dazs to consumers globally and is part of the International Marketing team. Responsibilities include guiding brand teams in new packaging design development, collaborating with regulatory teams and graphic agencies to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, labelling, and print technical standards.

What your role involves

As the Packaging Artwork Project Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for our Graphics partners (Creative and Pre-press agencies), ensuring efficient design-to-print processes. You will manage stakeholder engagement through regular tracker meetings, oversee the kickoff for artwork and pre-press processes, and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely project completion.

You will also handle the implementation and communication of PCD, manage Gclips actions, resolve artwork challenges, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and other departments to manage packaging changes, costs, and workload balancing. Additionally, you will train new marketing team members on graphics processes and contribute to global knowledge sharing.

We seek a team player who is motivated by project delivery, with a keen interest in packaging design and experience in graphics management within FMCG. You should be process-oriented, organized, adaptable to a diverse workload, and capable of navigating complex situations with clarity.
