Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a Department Director within a successful insurance company. This is a pivotal role working at Board level, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the their office.

You will join a close-knit team of experienced Executive PAs, gaining exposure to high-profile business activities while contributing to a culture of excellence and professionalism.

This role offers hybrid working, with 50% office attendance across the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, confidential PA support to the Customer Service Director
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and prioritising competing demands
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries
  • Organise and support meetings and events, including venue management, budgets, and stakeholder liaison
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage correspondence, screening queries and ensuring efficient communication flow
  • Support Board and Committee activities, including logistics and coordination for Non-Executive Directors
  • Maintain secure and compliant filing systems
  • Assist with onboarding, induction, and wider executive PA support as required

About You

  • Proven experience supporting at Director or Board level
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Experience organising events and managing logistics
  • Skilled in preparing high-quality documents, presentations, and reports
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Confident working independently with sound judgement and initiative
