Job Description

Personal Assistant to Customer Service Director

£35,000 - £40,000 Hybrid Permanent

This is a rare opportunity to work at board level within a highly regarded, market-leading organisation. You'll be the right hand to a Customer Service Director, sitting at the centre of a fast-moving, high-profile function where your contribution genuinely shapes how the director operates. The Role

  • Managing complex diaries, travel and logistics
  • Acting as first point of contact for correspondence and queries
  • Planning and coordinating key meetings and events, including budget and venue management
  • Supporting Board and Committee activity, including Non-Executive Director liaison
  • Preparing high-quality documents, presentations and meeting materials
  • Maintaining compliant filing systems and supporting onboarding activity

About You

  • Proven PA experience at Director or Board level
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Discreet, professional and confident working independently
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced in event coordination and logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
