Personal Assistant to Customer Service Director
£35,000 - £40,000 Hybrid Permanent

You'll be the right hand to a Customer Service Director, sitting at the centre of a fast-moving, high-profile function where your contribution genuinely shapes how the director operates. The Role
- Managing complex diaries, travel and logistics
- Acting as first point of contact for correspondence and queries
- Planning and coordinating key meetings and events, including budget and venue management
- Supporting Board and Committee activity, including Non-Executive Director liaison
- Preparing high-quality documents, presentations and meeting materials
- Maintaining compliant filing systems and supporting onboarding activity
About You
- Proven PA experience at Director or Board level
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Discreet, professional and confident working independently
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experienced in event coordination and logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
