P3M Consultant

Work on client engagements or as part of client delivery teams
Deliver large and/or complex projects across the defence and energy industries
Provide consultancy services within a technical group
Potentially manage small teams for more experienced hires
Contribute to bid and campaign work within bid/project teams
Help deliver complex, high-value programmes for strategic clients

Requirements

• Accredited P3M professional
• Experience and sector knowledge across defence or energy
• Consultancy background
• Background in busy operational delivery environments
• Experience working with major UK defence OEMs on large and complex programmes such as GCAP, Dreadnought, and Ajax
• SMR and other nuclear programmes or wider nuclear industry experience
• Must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting
• Required to undergo pre-employment screening
• Motivated to grow a career in P3M
• Effective team-working experience in fast-paced, complex environments
