Overview and Scrutiny Officer, Worcestershire County Council

Salary: £27,052-£31,877 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term (March 2028)
Contracted hours: 35 per week (Monday-Friday)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Overview and Scrutiny Officer to join our team to assist in the delivery of the Council's overview & scrutiny function. We are looking for a motivated, politically aware and highly organised Scrutiny Officer to join our Scrutiny team.

This role is part of a small team supporting elected members to fulfil their democratic role within the Council by holding decision makers to account; developing and reviewing policy; as well as considering how the Council is delivering on its commitments to the residents of Worcestershire.
