Role Overview

We're seeking a customer-focused individual to provide management services to residents in our Over 55's Housing schemes. Responsibilities include managing building access for residents, contractors, visitors, and acting as a key-holder to ensure security of communal areas and facilities. As the first point of contact, you should possess excellent communication skills and collaborate with internal teams to enhance resident services.

Candidate Profile

• Flexible, calm under pressure, capable of handling emergencies
• Excellent time management skills to organize and prioritize workload
• Preferably experienced in Facilities Management
• Knowledge of housing/building management sector
• Proficient with IT systems supporting housing management
