Outdoor Activity Instructor (Group Leader) - Wales

Contract type: Full time.

Location: near Wrexham, Wales

Salary: £13.45ph (£1,650 - £1,700 per month est based on a 33 hours per week contract)

We arelooking for energetic, outgoing peopleto join our team as Group Leaders at our Maes Y Nant centre.

What you will be doing as a Group Leader:

Over a 3 day residential course, you will lead a group of key stage 2 children through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities.

But it's more than that, you will:

  • Build confidence in children aged 7-11
  • Encourage teamwork and resilience
  • Bring sessions to life through storytelling and energy

No two days are the same, and the impact you make is real.

What you will get:
  • £13.45 per hour (£1,650 - £1,700 per month est based on a 33 hours per week contract)

Training & Development

No prior instructor experience needed, we will train you.

Gain nationally recognised qualifications in:

  • Archery
  • First Aid

  • At least 2 consecutive days off per week

What we are looking for

You don't need to be an expert, but you do need to be:

  • Positive, enthusiastic, and engaging
  • Experienced working with children (paid or voluntary)
  • Confident leading groups
  • A natural storyteller or motivator
