The Outbound Research & ABM Specialist will play a key role in fueling our sales pipeline by identifying high-value target accounts and creating tailored outreach strategies. This person will be responsible for researching, segmenting, and curating company lists that align with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs), using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and other data sources. Additionally, they will leverage AI-powered tools to support personalized outbound communication that resonates with each prospect.

This role requires a balance of technical skill, strategic thinking, and creative content generation to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and outbound campaigns executed by our SDR and BDR teams.

You will work closely with the marketing department, which will lead the strategy, and the team of BDRs, who will execute it using the content and data your role has gathered and enriched.



The main responsibilities you will have are:

  • Research and identify potential accounts aligned with our ICPs using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc
  • Build, enrich, and maintain segmented lists of target companies and decision-makers for ABM strategies.
  • Analyze industry trends and company data to prioritize accounts based on relevance, intent signals, and opportunity fit.
  • Use scraping techniques and prospecting tools to collect verified data points (emails, roles, tech stack, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align targeting strategies with business goals and campaign objectives.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Expandi.io, Bardeen, smartlead.ai, ChatGPT) to automate and personalize outbound email content at scale.
  • Create short, compelling copy variations that reflect each prospect's pain points and business context.
  • Contribute to the development of outreach cadences, including email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and other touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of outbound campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across CRM and marketing automation platforms.


What are the requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, lead research, or ABM-related roles.
  • Proficiency in data enrichment and scraping tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered personalization tools like Expandi.io, Bardeen, smartlead.ai, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and key pain points of decision-makers.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and segment audiences effectively.
  • Ability to write clear, relevant, and persuasive outreach content tailored to different verticals and personas.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (preferred, not required).
