Outbound Deparment Manager Decathlon

At Decathlon, sport is part of our DNA, it is our common interest and it is lived in our daily lives.

In an ever-changing context, the EDC (European Distribution Center) Molins will open its gates helping evolve and integrate a new organizational model of our well known logistics, towards an ecosystem of operational excellence.

This project has international flavor and has its place in the actual Logistic EDC network, characterized by externalizing completely our activity towards a great evolution and offering support to our Spanish internal EDCs, hand in hand with our new partner.

To best respond to these expectations, along with a top logistic provider, we need to create a highly prepared internal team to accompany this strategic project for Decathlon Europe.

We are looking for two Managers that will be part of this challenge, on Inbound & Safety or on Outbound & OEA and who along with the Warehouse Leader, will make sure that this project is a success.

Your responsibilities will be:

Outbound & OEA

• assuring the daily planification of the outbound flow from the warehouse loadings
• control and validates the invoices of all outbound transportation
• direct communication with the service provider team
• builds, negotiates and assures the trajectory of the transport costs
• realise yearly the Tender for the outbound flows and updates all our databases with the new prices and lead times
• calculates and works with the finance team and assures the CEX of the EDC
