We are seeking an experienced OTC Lead to support a major SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion, focusing on Order-to-Cash, Logistics, and Finance business processes. This role requires a hands-on consultant who can drive process alignment, testing, and documentation across key functional areas-and is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy across Finance and Logistics: planning, execution, tracking, and coordination.

• Assess functional impacts by organising and facilitating sessions with stakeholders and business teams.

• Implement documentation standards and promote best practices in impact analysis, organisational setup, testing, and change tracking.

• Foster strong engagement with business process owners to ensure smooth adoption and delivery of transformation milestones.

Required Experience:

• Track record of delivering in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield projects.

• Deep understanding of OTC processes, SD, Logistics, and integration points with Finance.

• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and manage business-facing activities.

• Fluent in French and English preferred.
