Job Description
Overview

The Vice President - Organisational Effectiveness Culture and Behaviour Consultant leads the development of behavioural intervention capabilities and co designs measurement tools to enable colleague behaviour measurement and support successful behavioural change across the organisation. The role requires strong consultancy, behavioural science and analytical skills, and is responsible for driving strategy, managing risks, and partnering with business and senior stakeholders to translate research into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Apply evidence based research and market insights to design, test, and support deployment of reliable and valid colleague behavioural and attitudinal measurement tools.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary squad and external partners to build evidence based products, leveraging expertise, influencing, and commercial acumen.
  • Lead rapid evidence assessments and produce short, focused reports with actionable insights.
  • Plan and manage organisational behavioural science initiatives and support organisational diagnostics through analysis of engagement survey data, cultural and behavioural indicators, and operational metrics.
  • Develop and implement behavioural interventions that support cultural evolution, strategic priorities, and performance outcomes.
  • Provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders on behavioural priorities, strengthen controls, and mitigate risks through assessment.
  • Influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes and build trusting partnerships.
  • Drive continuous improvement, ensure adherence to HR/Group policies, governance, and internal controls.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced specialists and guide team members through structured assignments.
  • Represent the Vice President within the Organisational Effectiveness function, combining consultancy capability with technical behavioural science expertise.
Qualifications
  • Strong consultancy skills with the ability to translate behavioural science insights and data into clear, practical solutions for senior stakeholders.
  • Behavioural science expertise and experience applying theory to design and deliver behavioural change, assessment and interventions.
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with a pragmatic, delivery focused approach.
  • Experience in risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital/technology knowledge.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Location

The role can be based from our London or Glasgow office.
