About the Role

As an Order Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing order processes from validation to completion. You'll work cross-functionally with country teams, business partners, and customers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order handling.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about operational efficiency and eager to contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate orders and returns in line with SLA targets
• Ensure pricing accuracy and customer information validation
• Comply with corporate and financial guidelines
• Handle escalations promptly and professionally
• Collaborate on robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives
• Provide performance reports to team leaders and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• 1+ year of experience in finance, operations, or customer service
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change
• Team player with a collaborative spirit
• Experience or interest in automation (RPA) is a plus
• University degree preferred
