Brentwood 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

A global technology and manufacturing business whose products and services are used by consumers and organisations around the world are actively seeking a Order Management Controller on a 4 month contract

You'll combine accurate order management with genuine customer ownership, helping an established business retain customers and grow existing accounts.

This is a hands-on contract where your impact is visible. You'll manage orders, speak directly with customers and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and increase account value.

What you'll be doing

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Clarifying requirements, pricing and quotations with customers.
• Handling inbound enquiries and identifying relevant opportunities to increase orders.
• Contacting existing customers to support retention and account development.
• Maintaining customer records and managing complaints through resolution or escalation.

What you'll need

• Strong customer service skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Accurate data-entry and administration experience.
• The ability to stay calm and organised when priorities increase.
