Oracle P2P Functional Consultant

Overview

Engagement Type: Contract (6 months, likely extension)

Description: We're looking for an Oracle R12 P2P Functional Consultant to support a global implementation and process improvement program. The role involves working with procurement, finance, and IT teams to enhance the procure-to-pay process, configure Oracle modules, and deliver practical solutions that align with business goals.

Minimum Experience

• 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite experience, with at least 5 years focused on P2P modules.

Key Skills Required

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle R12 P2P modules (Purchasing, iProcurement, AP, iSupplier, Payments).
• Experience in end-to-end P2P process design and configuration.
• Good understanding of integration points between P2P, GL, and Inventory.
• Ability to produce clear functional design documents and test scripts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.

Areas of Responsibility

• Partner with business users to gather and document P2P requirements.
• Configure Oracle R12 P2P modules and support process optimization initiatives.
• Lead workshops, testing, and training sessions with business users.
• Collaborate with developers to design and validate custom reports, workflows, and interfaces.
• Provide go-live support and ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
