- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities, particularly BI Publisher and OTBI, for post-load validation and reconciliation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including complex formulas, lookups, pivots, data cleansing, comparison and large-volume analysis; Power Query or similar analytical tooling is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and migration quality controls.
- Experience working with HCM and Payroll functional teams and translating functional design/configuration into actionable migration requirements.
- Ability to analyse large and complex datasets, identify anomalies and explain data issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
HCM/Payroll Domain Knowledge

- Experience completing multiple migration cycles from initial mapping through mock loads, validation, reconciliation, defect resolution, cutover and final production load.
- Track record of personally performing data preparation, file creation, load execution and troubleshooting in addition to migration coordination.
- Experience presenting migration findings, data defects and resolution options to business users, functional consultants and programme leadership.
Desirable/Advantageous Skills
- Experience with UK Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and payroll migration/reconciliation.
- Experience migrating from ResourceLink or other enterprise HR/payroll Legacy platforms.
- Knowledge of FBDI, REST/SOAP interfaces, Oracle Integration Cloud or broader Fusion integration patterns.
- Experience with data migration accelerators, ETL tools, Scripting languages or automation used to transform and validate high-volume migration data.
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion security and scheduled processes that can affect post-load data visibility or downstream processing.
- Experience with defect-management and delivery tools such as Jira, SpiraTest or similar platforms.
