Are you an accomplished Oracle Programme Manager looking for the opportunity to lead large-scale cloud transformation programmes that deliver real business value?
At Version 1, you'll join one of the world's most established Oracle practices, working alongside 700+ Oracle specialists across the UK, Ireland, US, Australia, India and Slovenia.
You'll lead complex Oracle ERP, HCM and EPM programmes for major organisations while building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and driving transformational change.

As an Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager, you'll own the successful delivery of complex Oracle transformation programmes, ensuring exceptional outcomes for customers whilst leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
You'll be the trusted advisor customers rely on to navigate major business change, balancing strategic thinking, programme governance, commercial oversight and delivery excellence.
Qualifications What You'll Bring- Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, delivery performance and fixed-price engagements.
- Expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management and risk management.
- Ability to influence senior executives and build trusted client relationships.
