Optics Assistant - Customer Care & Eyewear Expert

Boots Opticians in the United Kingdom is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers, helping them choose glasses or contact lenses and supporting eye tests and pre-screening activities.

You will work in-store, develop knowledge through our Step Into Optics training, and contribute to aftercare, repairs, adjustments, and dispensing prescriptions while maintaining shop standards and a high level of customer care.
