Location: Cork

Hours: 5 days / 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Salary: Competitive, with a relocation package available if required

CORU registration fees and professional Indemnity Insurance which is currently paid with AOI as part of Membership and Professional Indemnity Insurance (pro rata for part -time hours).

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and inspiring Optical Practice Manager to lead our John Daly Opticians team.

What You Will Be Doing

Leading, motivating and developing a passionate team Coaching and mentoring colleagues to help them reach their full potential Delivering exceptional client experiences every day Driving sales performance while maintaining outstanding clinical service Using KPIs and management information to improve performance Managing the day-to-day operation of the practice Embedding company standards and implementing positive change where needed Building a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement Leading by example and ensuring our values are reflected in every client interaction

About You

We are looking for a confident and inspirational leader with a genuine passion for people, service and the optical industry.

You will be a qualified CORU-registered Dispensing Optician or Contact Lens Optician and may already be an experienced Optical Practice Manager or a Deputy Practice Manager ready to take the next step.

You will have:

• Proven experience leading and developing successful teams
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving targets
• Confidence using KPIs and management information to drive performance
• Experience implementing change and improving business performance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for coaching and developing others
• A commitment to delivering exceptional, personalised client care
