Optical Design Engineer

Join our innovative client as a Contract Optical Design Engineer, working within the dynamic automotive lighting industry.

We are seeking professionals with proven experience in optical design and development of automotive front lighting modules, especially projectors for low beam, high beam, and ADB high beam. Your expertise will support feasibility studies, optical system design, and the realisation of robust systems considering manufacturing tolerances and cost efficiencies.

Key qualifications include proficiency in CATIA, Speos, Lighttools, Lucidshape, or VRT for optical simulation and design. Demonstrated ability to independently develop opto-mechanical architectures, select suitable LEDs, and participate in interdisciplinary team projects will be highly valued.

Fluent English communication skills are essential, with Czech, German, or Indian language skills considered a plus. The role is available until the end of 2025, and candidates ready to start promptly are encouraged to apply.
