We're recruiting on behalf of a stunning, ultra-modern independent practice in the heart of Central London where you'll become far more than an Optical Assistant. You'll develop into an Optical Sales Specialist, helping patients choose exceptional eyewear that perfectly suits their lifestyle, personality and visual needs.

Working alongside a knowledgeable and passionate team, you'll deliver a premium customer experience from start to finish, building genuine relationships and providing expert advice on some of the world's leading eyewear brands.

What's on Offer
" Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 depending on experience
" Full-time permanent position
" Working hours: 9:30am - 6:00pm
" Includes one weekend day each week

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional patient journey while:
" Dispensing premium frames and lenses
" Recommending eyewear tailored to each patient's lifestyle
" Delivering first-class customer service
" Working closely with Optometrists and the wider team
" Building long-term relationships with loyal patients
" Maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury optical environment

What We're Looking For

" Previous experience working as an Optical Assistant is essential
" A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
" Strong communication and relationship-building skills
" Someone who enjoys working towards goals while always putting the patient first
" A professional, positive and polished approach
