The Role

• Welcoming patients and delivering outstanding customer service
• Conducting screening eye health checks
• Facilitating a seamless transition to the optometrist
• Dispensing glasses and offering guidance on lens and frame selections
• Adjusting and repairing spectacles
• Instructing on contact lens handling and care
• Assisting with general administrative tasks
