Optical Assistant - Customer Care & Eyewear Expert

The Optical Assistant role at Boots Opticians is a frontline position on our store floor, welcoming customers and guiding them to the right eyewear and services. You will dispense glasses and contact lenses, help with pre-screening activities, and support eye-tests while maintaining high shop-floor standards.

Training through our Step Into Optics programme combines hands-on experience with workshop learning to help you develop in a supportive environment within Boots Opticians.
