Operator Full - Time

As a Packaging Operator, you'll be responsible for keeping our advanced packaging lines running smoothly. You'll work with high-speed machines, solve technical issues, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards before heading out to millions of consumers around the globe. Operate, adjust and changeover packaging machinery; Coordinate with the technical team for complex malfunctions; Continuously monitor quality and production output; Collaborate with your shift team to maintain flow and performance across the line. 33 per hour excluding shift allowance; 20% shift allowance on every worked hour; Start with a temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position; Access to internal training programs to grow within the company; Enjoy high-quality meals in our company cafeteria. Experience in a production environment with machine operation responsibilities; Eagerness to grow into a skilled operator role; Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation (morning, afternoon, night); Affinity with hygiene, quality, and safety standards in the food industry.
