Operator

Are you ready for the next step in production? Start with a job with a clear career path towards Operator. You'll start on the production line and progress through modules and training to become an independent Operator. All in a clean and modern work environment.

You'll start in a supporting role on the production line. Once you can work independently, you'll receive further training in setting up, operating, and monitoring packaging machines. This is done through a career path.

You'll work on packaging medicines. This requires accuracy and oversight, because quality and safety are always paramount.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supporting the production line;
• Performing basic quality checks (labels, quantities, packaging);
• Learning to set up and operate packaging machines under supervision.

You'll know what you're working towards. You'll continuously progress through modules, with appropriate responsibilities and salary increases. Depending on your experience and development, you can progress to Operator Change Over, and ultimately even to Line Lead or Expert Lead.

You'll be working at a pharmaceutical packaging company where hygiene, quality, and safety are important. The work environment is clean, structured, and focused on collaboration and development.

Wat vragen wij van je

You work accurately, take responsibility, and are open to learning. Additionally:

• At least two years of experience in a production environment (pharmacy is a plus);
• A quality-conscious work ethic;
• Willingness to work in three shifts;
• You speak Dutch and/or English;
• Motivation to grow into an Operator role.
