Operations Strategy & Commercial Lead - Remote

Monzo is seeking an Operations Strategy & Commercial Lead for a 12-month fixed-term period to shape and evolve the Operations strategy as the team scales. The role sits at the intersection of performance insight, finance and strategic execution, driving value across priorities, investments and delivery.

You'll translate complex strategy into clear actions, partnering across Operations, Product, Engineering and Finance to ensure high-impact work progresses and outcomes land as intended.
