• Customer Support: Be the hero for our customers, providing exceptional support via live chat and email, solving their issues, and ensuring that their experience with OSCAR is the best possible.
• Technician Support: Empower our technicians by assisting them through live chat, helping them navigate the platform, solve problems, and maintain the highest service standards.
• Real-Time Operations Monitoring: Act as the guardian of our operations, monitoring real-time operations to prevent delays, rescheduling, and no-shows, ensuring every service is executed flawlessly.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience: 1+ years of experience managing live operations, preferably in a fast-growing startup or similar environment.
• Mandatory languages: Spanish and English
