One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for an Operations Manager/Lead (ERP Systems).

Role Description:

Project Planning Execution Plan schedule and execute projects to meet deadlines and quality standards super
DaytoDay Operations Oversee daily activities assign tasks and monitor progress for efficiency
Process Improvement Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to enhance productivity
Budget Resource Management Manage budgets inventory and resources effectively
Data Analysis Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and improvement areas
Leadership Mentorship Guide and coach team members fostering a culture of excellence
Compliance Risk Management Ensure adherence to company policies safety standards and regulatory requirements
Stakeholder Collaboration Work cross functionally with other departments and vendors to achieve organizational objectives

Required Skills Qualifications
Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field
Experience 5 years in operations management or leadership roles
Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP systems project management tools and data analysis software
Soft Skills Strong leadership problem solving analytical thinking and communication skills
