Operations Manager for Alternative Regulatory Reporting

The Alternatives Manager is responsible for delivering European regulatory reporting services to Broadridge's Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) clients. This new role expands the regulatory service team into the alternative funds market and sits within the European Regulatory Services team.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all client deliverables for alternative regulatory reporting are achieved.
- Monitor regulatory and industry developments and assess their impact on our alternatives product suite.
- Act as key point of contact for clients on matters related to our alternatives service.
- Lead client calls and workshops to discuss reporting methodologies, regulatory changes and service improvements.
- Produce recurring project status reports (weekly/monthly) and executive dashboards.
- Track and report against key KPIs and project plans.
- Maintain project reporting calendars and ensure on time delivery to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of workflows and procedures.
- Detailed understanding of European investment manager regulatory reporting regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Maintain good working knowledge of European, UK, and US regulations of the investment funds industry. Demonstrate an appetite to keep abreast of the ever evolving changes to the regulatory landscape. Ensure escalation pathways are followed for critical issues.
Required Qualifications & Experience- University honours degree, preferably in Business and Finance.
- 8+ years' experience in the funds industry with exposure to alternative funds regulatory reporting.
- Experience managing staff and liaising across business teams an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to support effective business operations through measurable metrics and reports.
