Job DescriptionJoin our Global Business Development Operations team as a Manager and become a key player in driving global business growth at Publicis Groupe. This role offers an opportunity to lead important operational workstreams, focusing on process improvement and cross-regional coordination. Your efforts will ensure our pitches are executed with precision and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development operations who enjoys managing projects and improving team productivity.
Responsibilities- Oversee the entire lifecycle of pitches, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Support pitch qualification through data analysis and market research.
- Assist in preparing high-quality research and presentation materials for pitches.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including the integration of AI tools where beneficial.
- Collaborate with technology and design teams to ensure effective pitch execution.
- Maintain and secure Business Development data, ensuring its integrity and accessibility.
- Gather insights from pitches to support continuous improvement and team development.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Experience in the advertising industry or a similar sector in an operational role.
- Proven project management skills with a focus on timely, high-quality delivery.
- A process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
