The Role
Managing and supporting a team of around 5 people
Overseeing day-to-day operational activities
Managing attendance, holidays and team performance
Ensuring food safety, quality and company standards are maintained
Monitoring stock and maintaining accurate records
Monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
Supporting training and development within the team
Driving continuous improvement and efficiency

The Candidate
Previous supervisory or team management experience within food manufacturing
Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards
Experience managing performance, attendance and employee development
Confident working with systems and data
Proactive and able to drive improvements
Reliable, motivated and confident leading a team
