We are building our operational and financial command center in Madeira.

Your Mission

Run the daily operational engine of our international business from Madeira.

You hold delegated authority for daily operational and commercial decisions.

You will manage:

• Client contracts & pricing approvals

• Assignment of developers and technical teams

• Supplier onboarding & contract control

• Invoice approvals & financial validation

• Compliance documentation across jurisdictions

• Weekly operational management meetings

You collaborate daily with our international Operations team and Business

Development team.

Clients escalate to the Operations team.

Suppliers report to the Operations team.

The Madeira Operations Manager reports directly to the CEO.

What You'll Actually Do

Commercial & Contract Authority

Approve and sign client contracts

Validate pricing, margins & scope changes

Handle disputes and contract decisions

Operational Control

Assign developers and technical teams to projects

Approve timesheets before invoicing

Manage replacements & performance issues

Supplier Authority

Approve supplier contracts

Control onboarding/offboarding

Enforce internal rules

Financial Control

Generate and approve invoices

Validate supplier invoices

Monitor profitability & KPIs

Compliance Oversight

Maintain compliance logs

Ensure proper documentation per jurisdiction

Be first contact point for legal/compliance matters

Who You Are

• Strong operational thinker

• Very well structured, decisive, hands-on, reliable

• Natural in documenting, control and follow-up

• Used to fast-paced, international environment

• Comfortable with financial validation

• Not afraid of responsibility and decision making

• Fluent in English

• Min. 5 - 10 years experience in previous very hands-on, operational functions
