Your new role

My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency and the highest of client services.

Key duties

Enage with clients to ensure staisfaction
Collaborate with senior management to set and enforce KPI'S
Team leadership & Perfomance management
Ensure consistent use of the operations software, maintaining an overall strong team communication
Manage workflow effectively
