Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department
- Ensure customer queries are handled effectively and promptly
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
- Liaise with other departments to ensure operations run smoothly
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
- Prepare reports on customer service performance for senior management
Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
- Strong analytical experience.
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the Media & Agency industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
