Salary: £50-65k pa plus bonus

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support and strengthen a growing construction recruitment division within an established recruitment business.

This is a key role for someone who understands how recruitment businesses run properly behind the scenes and can help create the structure, process and support needed for growth.

You will work closely with leadership and the wider team to improve operational performance, support delivery, maintain standards and help build a scalable recruitment function.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operational performance across the construction recruitment division

Support recruiters and managers with processes, systems and delivery standards

Help improve workflow, compliance and operational efficiency

Work closely with leadership to support growth plans

Ensure the business has the structure and support needed to scale effectively

Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement

Support onboarding, training and consistency across the team

What we are looking for

Strong background in recruitment operations, ideally within construction recruitment

Good understanding of how a fast-paced recruitment business runs

Experience improving processes, systems and team support

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Commercial awareness and the ability to support growth

Credibility with recruiters, managers and leadership teams
