The Opportunity
As an Operations Associate, you'll become a specialist within either the Planning or Supply Chain function, taking ownership of a key stage of the installation journey.
You'll ensure every project progresses accurately, efficiently and compliantly while helping improve the systems and processes that support rapid growth.
This is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments but also enjoys helping shape how things are done in a scaling business.
Planning & Compliance
Manage installation documentation from start to finish
Complete and submit regulatory and compliance paperwork
Validate documentation for accuracy and completeness
Keep internal systems updated with exceptional attention to detail
Chase outstanding information to keep projects moving
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
Supply Chain Operations
Coordinate equipment and materials for upcoming installations
Ensure orders are placed accurately and on time
Liaise with suppliers and merchants to guarantee availability
Resolve delivery issues quickly and efficiently
Help optimise supply chain processes as the business grows
Process Improvement
Identify exceptions and resolve operational challenges
Work closely with multiple internal teams
Contribute ideas that improve efficiency and scalability
Help build best-in-class operational processes in a fast-growing business
What We're Looking For
You'll enjoy this role if you're naturally organised, meticulous and take pride in getting things right.
We're particularly interested in candidates from operational or administrative environments where accuracy and process are everything, including:
Financial Services
Insurance
Mortgage or Conveyancing Administration
Logistics & Supply Chain
Utilities or Energy
Operations Support
Warranty or Claims Processing
Compliance or Regulatory Administration
You'll also have:
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Confidence using internal systems, CRMs and spreadsheets
Strong written and verbal communication
The ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing accuracy
A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mentality
The adaptability to thrive within a scaling, fast-paced business
