Operations Director

We are now looking for an Operations Director; an exciting new role that will really allow the successful applicant a chance to drive results and make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability of all operational matters across a diverse portfolio of businesses
• Lead long-term operations strategy and short-term immediate delivery
• Manage our Operations Support & Relief teams
• Be accountable for the delivery of all operational goals, including standards, product, guest experience, team experience, and financial targets
• Ensure health, safety & wellbeing within the venues
• Provide strategic advice to owners and board members based on company knowledge and industry foresight

Candidate Profile

If you are an experienced hospitality operator capable of making sound business decisions based on logic and commercial awareness, enjoy leading a multi-disciplined team, and are passionate about making a difference in the hospitality industry, then this is the role for you.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience at Head of Operations / Operations Director level within Hospitality
• Experience in guest experience, cost control, margins, labor control, standards, people, and product
• Drive for process and routine
• Attention to detail and quality across all operational areas
• Track record of achieving goals and targets
• High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills
• Experience leading remote teams and collaborating with senior colleagues to foster a high-performance culture
