Required for leading specialist contractor, joining their Senior Management Team, overseeing several large projects across Dublin in the Commercial sector.

Ideal candidate will come from a specialist contractor and have experience in design, manufacture and installation/building.

Candidates working on large packages with main contractors will also be considered.

This is a genuine leadership role, part of the senior management team, overseeing projects, driving performance across programme, commercial delivery and client relationships.

As a SMT member, contribute to the overall leadership of the organisation, including the strategic goals and objectives as set out in the business plan.

Develop and implement Contracts Managers KPI's to ensure overall targets are achieved in areas of site Health & Safety, quality, programme adherence and profitability
