This team sits as part of our newly-formed Consulting division and is a key growth and focus area for the business.Reporting to the Head of De-risking, you'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver solutions, improve processes, and support clients through complex transformation projects.This is a hybrid working role which can be aligned to any Aptia UK office.Here's what you'll be doing:Leadership & DeliveryLead multiple De-risking teams (3-6 direct reports; up to 50 total team members)Oversee delivery of complex, high-profile client projects ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfactionAct as the escalation point for operational, resourcing, and client challengesOperational ExcellenceDrive process improvements, standardisation, and efficiency across teamsEnsure robust governance, risk management, and compliance in all data and project workContinuously enhance service delivery and operational performanceClient & Commercial FocusManage relationships on escalated client accountsSupport pricing, budgeting, and revenue generation activitiesIdentify opportunities to expand services and add value to clientsFinancial & Performance ManagementMonitor utilisation, revenue targets, and project performanceDrive accountability for team output and profitabilityReview and act on MI reporting to optimise resultsPeople LeadershipBuild, develop, and retain high-performing teamsLead recruitment, succession planning, and talent developmentFoster a collaborative, engaging, and high-performance cultureHere's what we're looking for:Strong experience leading project-based teams in pensions or financial servicesDeep understanding of UK pensions legislationProven ability to drive operational change, process improvement, and transformationExperience managing client relationships, budgets, and profitabilityStrong commercial awareness, including revenue generation and fee negotiationExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesIf this sounds like your ideal next opportunity, please apply with your CV and cover letter as soon as possible.How to applyIf you are interested in this role, then we'd love to hear from you.
