Element has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our Reaction to Fire team at Holmesfield Road working for our Warringtonfire brand. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global Testing, Inspection & Certification business.
Warringtonfire exists to help make certain that the materials, products and processes that we test, inspect and certify are always safe, quality, compliant and fit for purpose.
Responsibilities- Have full access to the validation system keeping it up to date and providing information to the senior laboratory team when information is overdue.
- Assist with organising team training within the laboratory.
- Update, format and upload standard operating procedures, risk assessments and other laboratory documentation utilising the change management process.
- Scanning test files once the job is completed and placed into the correct location on the system.
- Scanning and organising historic laboratory record sheets,
- Closing historic jobs with the guidance from senior team members.
- Supporting the operations manager in the production of technical capex requests.
- Supporting the team with month end revenue performance and invoicing queries.
- Issue order acknowledgments and perform contract reviews.
- Using the purchasing system to order laboratory consumables.
- Any other reasonable requests as requested by the management.
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role
- Exposure to test or laboratory practices
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with flexible approach to work
