About the RoleThe Operations & Partnerships Lead is a central leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, people management and strategic partnerships.
You will lead a small, passionate team united by a shared purpose, keeping girls in sport and promoting women's sport at every level. The role blends operational excellence and people leadership with business development, marketing and event coordination.
You will work closely with the founders to shape future plans, strengthen internal systems and processes, and build relationships that fuel Her Sport's continued growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, processes, team scheduling, project tracking and performance management.
- Lead, motivate and develop a small, high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and impact-driven culture.
- Coordinate internal reviews and Board meetings, ensuring strong communication and follow-through.
- Identify and nurture partnerships across corporate, media and public sectors.
- Support sponsorship activation, marketing initiatives and event delivery.
- Help refine and develop Her Sport's products, services and community engagement activities.
- Continuously improve workflows, systems and reporting to enable growth and efficiency.
- 4+ years' experience in operations, partnerships, business development or project management.
- A natural organiser with strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, confident engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, Clockify or similar tools.
- A passion for sport, gender equality and social impact.

Based in Dublin North, working on a hybrid basis (4 days onsite) salary €45 - €50k plus bonus.
