Key responsibilities:

1. Customer Service and Contract Execution:

  • Establish and maintain service relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of service contracts.
  • Plan and execute O&M activities in accordance with contractual obligations and safety regulations.
  • Develop and own the safety culture within Envision.

2. Maintenance and Issue Resolution:

  • Identify and resolve issues affecting product performance, proactively developing plans for resolution and executing them to ensure the return to normal operation.
  • Lead internal and external root cause analysis and management of change activities.
  • Facilitate site support and coordinate with subcontractors and service vendors for maintenance activities.

3. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance:

  • Schedule and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities in collaboration with the region service team.
  • Manage stock of spare parts and spare units on-site, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Monitor subcontractors' work results and ensure compliance with OEM requirements and warranties.

4. Reporting and Training:

  • Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and unusual occurrences, as well as time and materials expended on work orders.
  • Review reports from field operations, provide constructive feedback, and support training activities.
  • Follow applicable local health and safety instructions and regulations and develop and manage local HSE regulations for site activities.


Qualification and expertise:

  1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  2. Experience with BESS onsite, or at least renewables
  3. Techno-Commercials of BESS Service and Maintenance
  4. Knowledge of electrical equipment and systems, including AC/DC, low/medium voltage, PCS, and battery energy storage systems.
  5. Proficiency in English (C1 level).
  6. Experience in customer support and critical situation handling.
  7. Willingness to travel as required.
