Operations Analyst

We are seeking an Operations Analyst in Co. Mayo Key Responsibilities:

• Be a data expert, knowledgeable about data sources from all parts of the business and comfortable working with data from APIs and Databases.
• Write durable and maintainable code to solve automation and analytical problems.
• Effectively plan and collaborate with a global team on data-driven initiatives to solve operational problems
• Assist with Modelling evaluator performance and make statistically informed recommendations around productivity, participation and quality.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Machine Learning where you can explain models and how they can drive better decision-making.
• Communicate data-driven results and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical
• Always be mindful of the company data security and privacy policies and procedures. Being responsible when using the company platforms, systems and apps is expected.

Key Requirements:

• A. or B.S. degree with a quantitative focus in Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• 1+ years' experience in using SQL.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI).
• Experience with Github to track code changes.
