Salary from £29,110 to £32,468 per annum inclusive with potential to progress to £34,107 pa inclusive of London allowance
This is a fixed term appointment to 31 July 2027 and is part-time for 28 hours per week (0.8FTE)

The Operations Administrator is a key front-facing position within LSE Careers, acting as the first point of contact for students, alumni and employers.
You will deliver a high-quality, responsive and student-centred service, supporting users to access careers support and resolving queries effectively across multiple channels. You will also support the administration of internship agreements and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.
The role is varied and fast-paced, involving a mix of front-facing service delivery, operational support and administrative tasks, and requires strong communication skills, sound judgement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
