Join Our Team as an Operations Administrator - 6 months contract

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our client site operations in Spiddal, Co. Galway with a strong focus on People Management, Production, Training, and Maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and manage compliance requirements.
  • Support employee attendance, payroll, and leave tracking.
  • Coordinate staffing levels and workforce planning.
  • Assist in training coordination and compliance management.
  • Manage internal communication and support meetings.
  • Handle administrative tasks and assist with site-based projects.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or similar (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in Payroll & Purchasing applications and production tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Work Environment & Hours
  • Office-based role within a manufacturing plant - Monday to Friday
  • Occasional visits to the production floor for coordination and data collection
  • Standard working hours apply.
