We are seeking a talented and driven Operations Administrator to join our successful commercial team based at one of our Northwest offices. The role supports the operational team delivering projects, key to this role is exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation across the business and supporting a busy operations team on live contracts, maintaining compliance and company standards. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and tasks- You'll be the first point of contact for site and operational teams, supporting all administrative requests.
- New project start-up procedures, document control, electronic filing, hard information collation, Sharepoint/EDMS control.
- Coordination of project O&M manuals, logbooks, asset registers and accreditations.
- Support Health, Safety and Environmental document control.
- Support ISO documentation, compliance and controls.
- Managing the supply chain documentation and accreditations.
- Supporting the Contracts team administrative functions.
- Coordination and management of project specific vetting and security screening
- Archiving of project documentation allowing for future efficient access.
- Managing client feedback, process and procedure.
- General administrative functions around a busy contract office.
- Excels at working as part of a team and under own supervision.
- Organised, self-motivated and ability to work to deadlines.
- Experience with document control or operations administration.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in English or business related (not essential). Competence in Microsoft (essential) and EDMS (preferred).
- Experience with document control or operations administration preferred.
- Ability to maintain high quality work and attention to detail.
