Operations Administrator

As the Operational Administrator at Chint Netherlands, you act as the glue between all the operations and departments. You have the candid ability to solve problems, have great communication skills, attention to detail with the mindset of improving and supporting other departments in order to support the growth of the business. Being pragmatic is vital to being successful and you must be motivated to want to help from creating new data spreadsheets for the HR Payroll department to arranging our year end functions and team building events. It is a role truly suited to an all-rounder looking to learn and grow your experience.
Responsibilities in order of importance:
Human Resources Administrator
- Payroll: Input payroll details, review pays lips and wage tax, obtain approvals, submit payout files, distribute pays lips to employees, and share payroll files with Finance
- Pension Administration: Process changes to the pension plan, liaise with pension providers, review invoices, and obtain necessary approvals
- Leave Management: Manage annual, parental, and sick leave data (Arbo portal, UWV documentation, etc.);
- Lease Policy Management: acting as contact person to the lease company, requestion quotations from lease company and ordering cars
- Employee Data Management (HRIS): Maintain accurate employee records, manage data in SF and Egencia, and compile weekly/monthly headcount and employee reports
- Contracting and Administration: Handle contract extensions, expirations, and terminations, prepare relevant documents, ensure employer obligations are fulfilled, and oversee implementation of contractual elements (bonuses, allowances, etc.)
- Travel management: manage data in Egencia system
- Monthly T&D Recharge Reporting
Other operational responsibilities
- Office management tasks (order office supplies, contracts, rental matters with CBRE maintaining a good operating office space)
- Sales support (sending out samples, support at trade shows, fairs and events administration)
- Other general support (e.g. warehouse & logistics, counting, event and fair support with Sales/Marketing/Customer service)
- Ad hoc administrative support. Cross-functional support/departmental.
Other operational responsibilities

Qualifications
- You have a completed MBO/HBO education in HR, Sales & Marketing, Finance or Engineering.
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel/ MS Office/ MS PowerPoint / SAP/ Dynamics 365
- Commercial support experience. 1-3 years' relatable experience in an operational, sales/ logistics and or HR support function is preferred.
- You have good analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good command of Dutch and Chinese (Native and or Professional level speaker) and English language.
- Pragmatic and self-motivated.
- Reliable, trustworthy and have a high sense of pride in your work.
